Climathon Jaffna, runner-up

Trash for Trade won the runner-up award at Climathon Jaffna 2020, a 24-hour climate hackathon.

Trash for Trade came off this workshop floor, led by Jayanthan Amalanathan, to tackle plastic waste. It is the start of the circular-materials work that continues through the recycling venture, recycled filament, the plastics machine, mycelium biocomposite and palmyrah bioplastic.

It placed again the following month at HackX 2020.
