Abitharani Jeyachandran was runner-up in the Sri Lanka round of She Loves Tech 2021, for her work with Trash for Trade, the plastics venture that came out of this floor, co-founded by Jayanthan Amalanathan.
She had been shortlisted ten days earlier. At the time she was also responsible for the organisation’s information-technology infrastructure, and her stated interest was tackling social problems through web applications.
