A three-month virtual startup accelerator started in September 2021 with thirty founders from across Sri Lanka, funded by the American Center of the United States Embassy in Colombo.
The structure was design thinking, then a business plan and pitch deck built with a learning partner, then pitching to local and international stakeholders, then evaluation. Founders worked on their own idea or existing venture rather than on entrepreneurship in the abstract.
It is a direct ancestor of the Youth Entrepreneurship Campus and of the incubation cohorts that follow.
