A five-day workshop from 15 to 19 January 2024 for the team here, funded under the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives: public speaking, effective communication, leadership, teamwork and problem-solving.

The whole model depends on facilitation, and facilitation is a set of skills rather than a disposition. Training the trainers here is treated the same way as training the teachers in the zones.
