Navigate, the public opening

The Navigate digital community technology hub opened publicly at the end of September 2024: two months after the handover, four months after delivery began.

Navigate is one of the ventures here, providing targeted technology skills training. It went on to coordinate most of the media-literacy series, to run bootcamps in Mullaitivu, and to train local leaders in digital skills.

Three openings in this record (the makerspace, Navigate, Hatton) follow the same order: teach first, open second.
