Cyclone Ditwah brought severe flooding to Sri Lanka at the end of November 2025. Through the DreamSpace Foundation, and with local partners, relief ran across the East and North into December.
In Kathiraveli, with Kathira Greens, thirty-five displaced Vedda families originally from Kallarippu received dry food and mosquito nets, and sixty-three families were supported through a medical camp and children’s wellbeing activities. In Poovarasan Theevu and Samaajan Theevu, with the United Catalyst Network, more than sixty families received dry food, hygiene products and medicines. In Kunchaankulam, Vakarai, with Manitha Neyam Trust, Kathira Greens and individual supporters, seventy-plus families received dry rations and a medical camp. In Mulliyawalai, Mullaitivu, with Aravanai and the ITEE Foundation, thirty-two families were supported. At the Kumulamunai centre in Mullaitivu, with Ocean Star, more than thirty.
