Dreams of Women, a venture that came out of the pathway and works with girls and women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, held a leadership workshop on 30 and 31 January 2025.
The session on leadership styles and identity was led by Erosha Rajendran, Deputy Coordinator of the American Corner in Batticaloa. A second, online leadership session followed in March, and a volunteer strand ran from 19 March.
A venture the academy incubated is now running its own programming, with its own partners.
